In a hurry
One that gives cyclists a bad name. Milngavie town centre is a pedestrian precinct (and not a shared space so cycling is technically not allowed). There is a children's play area just out of shot to the left and several infirm elderly pedestrians are about. Here a cyclist without a care in the world nonchalantly steering single handed is travelling so fast I can barely keep up with him panning. Fortunately the few pedestrians about were alert to him and no harm done.
Coincidently, the next day I heard of an incident where a set of keys were grabbed from someone's hand by a passing (hooded) cyclist in this area. Maybe this was a reconnaissance!
