Lucent Winged Singing Conehead

Conocephalus discolor, also called Conocephalus fuscus. Long-winged Conehead.

 

I could hear the lovely song of this male with my good ear.

 

The Long-Winged Conehead appears in two forms, the normal winged form and an extra long winged form called macropterous.
