1968 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova Door Weatherstrip Replacement 2014
The original door weatherstrips were replaced with the OER brand weatherstrips from Classic Industries. The original weatherstrip was glued n area's and after cleaning off the old glue, new 3M weatherstrip glue was applied to the same area's. Since the new weatherstrips needed to conform to the opening, I installed the new ones and then partially closed the doors and let the car sit for a day or so that way in hot weather and then the doors were fully closed. After a few days the material further compressed and now the doors close with minimal effort. Jim Streib Saint Louis Missouri 2014
