The Duomo Vecchio, also known as the Rotonda or Concattedrale Invernale di Santa Maria Assunta, is the co-cathedral of the Italian city of Brescia.

The Rotonda was built on the site of Dom's Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, an early Christian building that was probably built in the seventh century and destroyed by the fire that ravaged the city in 1095.

The Rotonda, built in the first half of the twelfth century in Lombard Romanesque style, has undergone several extensions over the centuries but has retained its original Romanesque structure, making it one of the most important examples of a rotunda in Italy.

Towards the end of the 12th century, Berardo Maggi, bishop and prince of Brescia, enlarged the choir and had the interior decorated.
