Photo 3-After

I used Photoshop Elements 4.0. Then I opened Filter and clicked in Texture. I chose the Stained Glass option made cell size = 17, Border Thickness = 2, and Light Intensity = 0. After that I clicked in Enhance, chose Shadows/ Highlights. I made Lighten Shadows = 0, Darken Highlights= 50, and Midtone Contrast = + 20. Then I saved all the changes.
