Sometimes we feel so small...

Looking up at some Red and White Pines in Algonquin Park this past December.Some of these trees were over 100 ft tall with a trunk of 5-6 feet across. This may not be significant for someone from the west coast, but in Ontario, the only place you would find this is in the oldest protected forest in the region. This is the only thing resembling what Ontario used to be hundreds of years ago before the Canadian logging industry took over.
