Record breaking numbers of gaming enthusiasts and designers took part in Ireland’s Games Fleadh 2020 which was held today Wednesday (March 4, 2020) at the Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT), Thurles Campus. In its 17th year Games Fleadh brings together student software developers and game enthusiasts of all levels to participate in this popular one day LIT/Microsoft competition and showcase. This year’s event also highlighted the social conscience of the gaming world, and explored the potential of how online gaming can bring about positive change in the real world.
