Multi-Purpose Room View
So many of these places are gone now, including this one, which was an asylum in New York. This multi-purpose recreational room was used for sports, plays, and movie showings, among other things. I was able to visit this location twice, the first resulted in my friend falling through a floor onto just behind me in this shot. Thankfully, he was fine, and made for a funny story later, but at the time there was a great deal of initial panic for his welfare and how in the world we would get him out if he was injured. He walked away having just ripped his "adventure pants," and hence the nickname for this location. © 2013-Current.
