"This is CC-1807 to command, be advised our entry point into the sewers is blocked by a large crowd of protesters we're moving to the secondary entry point how copy?"

 

"Hold on... disregard my last, the General is going to draw the crowd away, we'll be making entry at the primary location."

 

" Eh sure is useful having one of them around isn't commander?"

 

"Since you like him so much Jester, you can take your squad and watch his back."

 

"Feir'Fek..."

"Command be advised we are entering the sewers now."

 

"Hound take your squad and establish a security position down stream of the target area, Atin take your men and circle around up stream, watch our backs and keep an eye out for runners... we don't want anyone slipping away. "

 

"Roger that sir."

 

"On it"

 

"The rest of you with me."

"Command be advised we're in position, prepare to cut the power on my go."

 

"Mark"

 

"NODs on boys, lets get this done"

(a brief fire fight ensues, the Corellian Separatist are completely caught off guard, firing blindly into the dark unable to locate the elite ARC troopers who pick them off with ease)

"Cease fire cease fire!"

 

"Anyone have eyes on the target?"

 

"He's right here commander, the shabuir got himself killed..."

 

"Feir'Fek. Notify command that the target is kia, and mission accomplished."

 

"Commander I got a live one up here! We taking prisoners?"

 

"Negative."

(The sound of a lone blaster firing is heard, followed the dull thud of a body falling from the catwalk)

"Trooper what's the meaning of this!"

 

"Shab... General?"

 

"The mission was to take them alive, not slaughter them while they stood blind in the dark."

 

"General with all due respect, the mission stated dead or alive. I wasnt going to risk the lives of my men trying to take these Di'kuts alive."

 

"They weren't soldiers, just angry civilians, they didn't pose a threat, they didn't have to die..."

 

"They were armed and you don't have do be a soldier to get lucky... I'm not sure what your superiors briefed you on before they assigned you here, but this is the 253rd General, we're the best of the best. We're dropped into some of the worst battles, ones with little chance of success and expected to win. Every trooper counts and I will not risk the lives of my men fighting fed up laborers in the core."

 

"Lucky have your squad fan out and search for any actionable intel linking this cell to the Seps and what their endgame was. The rest of you prep the incendiaries, we're done here..."

It's great to be on break and to have a week to do relax, build and put off a calc project : P

Really happy with how this build came out, though it was a struggle to figure out the posing for the figures, regardless it was a ton of fun and honestly the whole idea came from me wanting to use those yellow cross pieces for something.
