When are we going to understand? ⬇️
When are we going to understand that every single vote, every single action, every single thought which supports murderous, money hungry and blood thirsty leaders can only bring the stench of death and destruction every day closer to our own homes and our own families? Shots taken from the Don McCullin exhibition at the Tate a few years ago, shots that I would have never wanted to believe they will so quickly become a matter of current reality. Of course we all know that this is nothing new and so many countries in the world have been continuously plagued by these kind of violence throughout the last decades, yet seeing it plying out so blatantly open under the eyes of entire humanity which doesn’t even try to pretend anymore that peace and fairness would be a priority makes me feel so ashamed of being human these days. Anyone else?
