for 6th republic 's Amsterdam theme mixed with industrial DRD

has created a quirky cool coffeeshop in typical Netherlands style

The Amsterdam house is sold seperate in a clean version to use for any use..

The house has typical Amsterdam/dutch features

The complete set includes... a lot

we created over 50 detailed meshes and over 15 custom logos were designed to brand our items by our other lovely rl sister cecegy resident (throw her a a hi hello ^^ )

Eowyn has put amazing details into the building as allways :D

Morbid made sure there is no lack of smoking/toking/wasted animations!
