Herman Paxton is most likely the richest person in Empire City. He's as smart as a whip and as quick as a cricket. Despite the discouragement received from his father, Herman started his own tech company, Pax Tech, straight out of high school, and after many years has crawled his way to the very top of industries. Now he practically owns half of Empire City, and is working on the rest. He may come from a rich family, but he worked his company from the ground up, and he now employs millions. His father has been in a coma for over 20 years, and his mother in jail for poisoning him.
Herman is a completely nice and reasonable person face to face, but behind closed doors, he is an entirely different person. Struggling with depression and anger issues, the amount of deaths linked to him is enough to spark ones curiosity. But all open cases connected to him are eventually closed
