007-2019-365 (1103) Spots before my eyes

We were given this Carl Rotter glass many years ago. The refractive circles combine with my dotted light source to create spots before my eyes. My lightbox is not quite what we thought we were ordering but is proving quite acceptable to create interesting patterns. I can hide the dots and diffuse the light with tissue paper.
