First Church of Otago

Expanding upon my New Zealand collection, I've once again chosen a building from my hometown of Dunedin.

The First Church is located within the heart of the city, just a few minutes from the city's centre called the Octagon. Officially opened in 1873, the building took 6 years to complete. Designed by architect Robert Lawson, the church is built in a Gothic revival style, as with many other churches found in the city. The dominant features include a near 60 metre bell tower and spire, stained glass windows and a circular window at the back.

Hope you all like it and thanks for looking!
