May 24 - Something new.

Not only have I never put asparagus in a quiche, but I've never made it with JUST greek yogurt, no cream, no milk. It was excellent as I pumped a lot of air into the eggs with an electric mixer prior to adding the yogurt. Also, I made my own crust from scratch, it was intimidating. So much so I made it on Tuesday and didn't roll it out till Thursday because I kept getting home late from work and making excuses as why I didn't have 'time'. hhehehehe
