Oklahoma Night Sky

I pulled off to end the day somewhere in NE Oklahoma. Local light pollution has dulled my instinct to look up at night unless we are camping or the full moon is showing off. I got out of the car (a rented Hyundai Elantra) and the Milky Way gave me an open-hand slap in the face. These two shots do little justice for what I experienced, but I wanted to share anyway.
