Hey, your foundation's showing.
In the summer of 2002, Baldwin road was widened, a gate, flasher, and cantilever were added, and Colfax was dead-ended. Here is the westbound gate with its new control cables looping to its junction box. To my surprise, the gate never toppled over. We are required to keep gates functioning even if the road is closed or, as in the case of Wheeler street, Woodstock, if the road is removed entirely, until the Illinois Commerce Commission stamps its removal approval on the order.
