Goðafoss (Waterfall of the Gods)

The Game of Thrones tour starts out, appropriately enough, at Goðafoss (the suffix -foss means waterfall in Icelandic). Though no scenes for the series have been shot there (so far), the gods of the first men make their presence felt at one of the most spectacular waterfalls in Northern Iceland.
