Vatnajökull (The Wall)

One of Iceland's major glaciers (the suffix -jökull means "glacier" in Icelandic), Vatnajökull is the primary visual inspiration for GoT's Wall. CGI makes it look truly massive on the show, but in real life, it's still an overwhelmingly huge block of ice.
