Trees, tracks and shadows

March is when nature begins to wake up. This was taken on a sunny Sunday. The trees were still skeletal but looked striking and dramatic against the clear blue sky. The shadows cast gave depth and seemed to help anchor them down in this vast field. The tractor tracks were a reminder that this field will come to life again later in the year.
