Indian boat paddle

Simple but effective construction . This paddle was attached to a fishing boat on the beach at Agonda, Goa. I love the simplicity of the design and the texture of the bleached out wood. The hints of colour in the blue and yellow twine make a subtle contrast . Abstract and beautiful.
