There is a cliché: "laughter is the very best medicine." But why is this a cliché? Why has this outdated adage held true for thus long? Let's take a look at the health benefits of laughter.

Have you ever heard someone laughing and, though you didn't know what they had been laughing about, you couldn't help yourself and joined in on the laughter? Some say it's more contagious than a yawn or cold, but it is a good thing! Who desires a cold or desires to yawn? Laughing is one of the most fun activities a person can have interaction in. Not only does it relax your entire body and relieve physical stress and tension, but it can also help enhance your immune system by lowering the amount of stress hormones in your body. It can also help enhance the antibodies that can help fight infections in your body.

While you snort, it triggers a release of endorphins. These are your body's "feel-good" chemical substances and may help enhance your sense of well-being and belonging. They'll even quickly relieve pain and other discomfort! Plus, while you snort, it can help along with your blood vessel's capabilities: it can enhance blood move, which, in turn, may help stop heart attacks and other heart problems.

And when you can snort even while you're upset or depressed, the laughter can really help lift your mood. It can assist you feel emotionally linked to other folks (even ones you don't know!), and it can also assist you acquire a more optimistic and optimistic outlook on life.
