No Fuss Meatloaf

2 eggs

1/2 cup water

1 package (6ounces) instant stuffing mix

2 pounds ground beef

Ketchup to taste

 

In a large bowl, beat eggs and water. Add stuffing mix and mix well. Add beef and mix well. Press into an ungreased loaf pan. Top with ketchup to taste. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 and a half hours or until cooked through.
