Wall Brown basking

A wall brown butterfly basking on a footpath at the summit of Leckhampton Hill near Cheltenham. This shot was taken about eight years ago with an old Canon Powershot A400 compact camera. I haven't seen a wall brown butterfly at this site for several years now.
