Old School Configuration

There's maybe a handful of operations at best that can sport a pair of GP9s running nose to nose as was so common in the post steam era, but the Ashland Railway is one of them. Willard to Ashland train WT-1 heads south through Shelby, OH with its pair of former PRR GP9s providing the power. In the background is the old Shelby Municipal Power Plant, which at one time was a locally owned coal fired plant that supplied 2/3 of the city with electricity.
