Light Switch Box in my room

2nd set of pictures (10 to 17 of 17 the first set had 7 pics): These are pitures of the remote controlled Lutron dimmer switch for the recessed lighting in my room that I am posting on a DIY forum to help me identify if there is a neutral wire so I can upgrade to a smart wifi switch and LED BR40 16w dimmable bulbs and also ask why the ground is not connected.
