Seacoo2: Lobster and Pilaf

Seafood cookery class under Chef Jesse Bustos.

 

The day's ingredient was basically crustaceans. this was one of our 4 dishes that day. :)

 

-- Herb marinated lobster with a kick of spanish paprika over a bed of tumeric pilaf served with the lobster drippings (oil based and with milk)
