The troupe that performed this is Joli-Vyann (Link Below) and the piece was entitled "Timeless".

Although they put a lot of energy into their performance, I hope the UK Government doesn't get the idea of installing banks of these egg timers / hour glasses in every town and city as alternative energy sources, otherwise it will be back to thr middle ages and treadmills!
