Shadow Riders
Camels traversing the Gobi Desert casts long shadows on the sand dunes at sunset. Stretching from northern China to southern Mongolia, the Gobi is the sixth largest desert on the planet. Unlike other deserts, the Gobi is considered a "cold desert," in that frost and even snow can be found in the dunes at certain times of the year. I can personally attest to the cold part. It was freezing here at sunrise!
