A Thousand Drips
California's Mossbrae Falls is almost like the shorter cousin of Burney Falls, though it is no less beautiful. Thin drips of water just seems to ooze out of the moss and vegetation covered rock wall and into the creek that parallels the waterfall. The composition here isn't very obvious at first glance, as the waterfall is quite broad. One approach is to take detail shots of the beautiful drips of water. Here I decided to do a vertical composition to include the creek rushing down to meet the falls.
