Leaf Flower?

I took this in the parking lot at work. The other people in the complex must wonder about me walking around with my camera all the time . . .

 

I was struck by this plant because it has both red and green leaves. The red leave are all near the ends as if they are the flowering part of the plant. It makes for a nice complementary pop!
