Metro Place II Bubble Diagram
When I was digging out all my old projects, I ran across the hand done "paste up" format for these prelim drawings. Covered in layout lines in non-photo blue pencil and all the tiny paper edges taped down. That's a hard way to learn that non-photo blue pencil . . . totally photocopies. Good times!
These three drawings are from the same Metro Place project. We originally had to come up with two concepts; one modern (these) and one traditional (the others) and then pick one to carry on with for the project.
These are an example of process drawings that would be shown to other designers and the client(s) as a project progressed through development. The Bubble Diagram would come first, then the Block. I haven't heard of the Single Line Plan being used much, but the Prof kept my presentation mounted drawings of these to use for his class this semester, so maybe they are becoming more vogue.
