sandstone carving, GDC

I have no idea what this is. It sit near the hill entrance to what used to be the Ohio Hospital for Epileptics. The sandstone is like what the building were made of, taken from the hill... but I have no idea what it is , who the man is and why the opposite side from the man was not carved or if it was what was carved there.

I may have something to do with Dr. Kineon the first administrator.
