Mt Hayden in Colorado

Mt Hayden from the top of Aspen Mtn at 11,200 ft. The slopes of Mt. Hayden were considered an ideal location for a ski resort in the 1930s. After World War II, veterans of the 10th Mountain Brigade used their alpine knowledge to help develop a ski resort on neighboring Aspen Mountain. Castle Creek runs middle right to left.
