Quincy, Massachusetts - The wood carvings throughout the church were completed by parishioners many of whom were immigrant craftsmen. One of them was Thomas Ready a carpenter who worked in the wood shipbuilding industry in Quebec City. He was from Kamouraska, Quebec and he was my 2nd great grandfather.
