After dragging QTTX 131205 and #20 out of the siding with McDonald Steel #777, Rick Rowlands chats with the two ironworkers from Diamond Steel Construction to start laying out where to weld the 2"x2" steel bars to the deck of the flat car. These bars will act as rails for the locomotive to sit on.
