greatrock: Codeine @prancisfena
biggspuds: I'd sell my first born for a set of all black 26 pikes
prancisfena: @greatrock looking forward to photos of it!
rollsroyce7: So need a set these forks! #Waitsexpectantlyforverdict
chainlinephil: They come with 1 token spacer inside already. Try taking it out and using more air pressure combined with low speed compression. Much better at high speed small bump that way, still plush/sit up. and there is one click of rebound between the fork feeling great and terrible...my 2p!
greatrock: Cheer @chainlinephil Mine are at 140mm & have 2 red spacers in a packet. I presumed these were for internal travel adjust. Are they for summat else?
chainlinephil: Yes. They are for decreasing air volume/increasing progression. There is already one 'in the chamber' I struggled with high speed/small but high frequency bump harshness (y'know lots of smallish rocks making up a singletrack fast descent) when it was great everywhere else. Tried more spacers/less pressure etc (no HSC to adjust otherwise that woul have been first on the list) in the end removing all spacers and increasing pressure was solution. Slightly counter intuitive. Suits me of course. Other solutions are available. you may not find its a problem. Mine are solo air. 10psi over recommended pressure for my riding weight. I'll go check my settings actually..
chainlinephil: Actually 3psi over recommended pressure. LSC 6clicks from open. rebound 13 clicks from open.
