Zoo

Went to the zoo last week as it was a bit cold and I figured there wouldn't be too many people to bother me while shooting photos of the animals. I only had my 500 mm lens so in some cases I was too close to get a full body shot of the animals.

Anyway, many of the animals were quite active (probably due to the low temperatures) so it was actually a good time to be there to get photos.

One photo I missed was when the Lion was roaring - you could really see his breath then. Unfortunately it was hard to predict when he would roar so a difficult shot to get.

Also took many Panda shots, but didn't publish many since it was hard to see their eyes when they are in the black patch of fur. Need to figure out how to get better lighting.
