Pine marten sipping from hummingbird feeder

This is the one and only time I have ever seen a pine marten in the wild. I found it most unusual that it would be hungry for sugar water, but I felt very fortunate that I was able to get a shot from inside the trailer where we lived. It happened early in the morning near Gunnison, Colorado. Has anyone else seen this behavior? (from the 1972 archive)
