Custom LEGO Finn
So I started making this about 6 months ago, back when Ethan and Matt were having their little Finn war. He ended up not getting any work done on him for ages, so I decided to finish him up so he wouldn't be a waste of two perfectly good peglegs.
Before I get started, I just want to say that this is in NO WAY up to standard with the rest of my customs. He's a piece of crap in comparison, and I just wanted him finished. The only good part is the sword.
The head, bag, straps, feet, and thigh bits are all sculpted out of Supersculpey clay. Credit for the idea of using peglegs goes to Matt and Ethan.
The sword is the only part I'm semi-proud of, so I'm gonna go in-depth with that.
It's made using a LOTR sword, which I modified with my knife and my Dremel. The hilt is the correct shape, and I made the cuts in the blade and the pommel as well. The gem in the pommel is transparent! I also made the handle wrapping stuff out of tape, which was painted.
You'll be able to see the bag in the video on YouTube.
Thanks for checking out this mediocre custom!
