Transformers Prime- Knockout

Here is Knockout from the Transformers Prime Tv series recommended by 97legomaniac a while ago (I know he made a larger and mini version of knockout on his youtube.) Sorry for the delay I was busy with school work. Knockout is very complex for his size and is probably the most complex carformer I made along with movie bumblebee. Unlike my movie bumblebee he actually looks fairly good in both modes. He took very long to make and I tried my best.

Yay these new hinges help a lot and I wouldn't really be able to make him without them. It would be sooo helpful if lego released these in half size

Robot mode- His Cgi model looks almost impossible to translate correctly in toy form. His toy did a pretty good job of doing so. It was much harder to do so with legos at this scale. There were a few major things I couldn't do. First of all I tried my best with the head. I was originally going to use a red claw piece for his crest but it looked out of proportion and plus it barely fits in vehicle mode as I have it now. Secondly his arms look awkward because of all the hinges due to transformation to orient them correctly. He also has back kibble unlike the toy which cleverly folds the roof halves on his arms, but it is only a small panel and is pretty clean though it does prevent his wheels on his back from being in the right position. His legs came out very nicely as the panels fold out of the way (Though it took a while to figure it all out) His back wheels are in an fairly accurate place as they appear to be (sorta) integrated into the legs like the in the show

Vehicle mode- He is a sports car resembling an Aston Martin (correct me if im wrong) Pretty sleek compared to most my carformers. I tried my best with the coloring such as with the dark red on the hood and white on the sides. The wheels stick out too far but I couldn't do anything about it. I tried my best with the back. He is supposed to have 4 back lights but I could only fit 2. (there weren't that many shots of the back of his car mode in the show anyways) The new double hinge only comes in black (And yellow orange) so I tried to cover it up with dark red tiles making the front windshield area look awkward.

Transformation- Check it out here!

Thanks again to 97legomaniac for recommending me to do Knockout. Hope you enjoy him!
