"Farm in the Valley" by Otis Cook, 1500 pieces, MB York

Another old beauty from the 1963 copyrights. This one was probably offered in the mid-1960's. The artist isn't identified on the box, but from the signature and seeing other works, it's clearly by Cook. He was from Massachusetts, and lived from 1900-1980.
