Tamron lens test: this is my most successful photo ever of this species. I have even got a bit of action into the shot as the bird walks towards the crumbs. Drawbacks are: photographing birds attracted to 'bait' put out for them does not look very professional; a greener, more natural-looking environment would have helped.
This is the British and Irish subspecies of the white wagtail, M.a.yarrelli.
