Fresh Nissans roll off the Lake Herman at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solution's auto facility at Berth 195 in the heart of the Port of Los Angeles. While METS 3 straddles the side of the dual fuel Pure Car Truck Carrier, as it scrubs the ships engines for heavy participles. The green arms have slowly become a mainstay in the port, as most inbound vessels get a quick scrub before their engine comes back to life for another long journey across the sea. The ship was built by Jinling Shipyard in Nanjing, China in 2023. This LNG dual-fuel PCTC and has included shore power and battery capabilities making it a good fit at the Port of Los Angeles.
