Two battalions taken from a royal Velian regiment make up its core, and added to this are ragtag elements comprised of foreign mercenaries, shady adventurers, Oleander criminals seeking refuge from the Order's wrath - in short, recruitment is a no-questions-asked process - the standard procedure for most of the company's troops.
