Chicago Burlington and Quincy GP7 213 Brookfield MO 6-15-1963
Here's a shot of CB&Q GP7 213 at Brookfield MO June 1963. The 213 was built in September 1951 and was retired as BN 1569 in August 1983. The Q rostered 68 GP7s numbered 200-267 and were renumbered to BN 1556-1623. These lacked dynamic brakes and featured steam boilers for passenger service. These also had the Mars light packages with white on top and red underneath, in addition to the normal sealed beam headlights. This arrangement is even more evident on the 222 behind the 213.
