Bonding with this Amazing Tree in the Golden Light

I discovered this amazing old tree by Tarpon Lake at Anderson Park, and knew I would make a trip back in the late day to try to catch the sun at just the right moment before sunset. There were many trees around, so I thought the golden light from the sun would have trouble illuminating the scene. I arrived at the location about two hours before sunset, because I wasn't sure when the light would be best. As it turned out, as the sun lowered in the sky over the hill, the light had a clear shot over the grassy meadow to illuminate the setting, and right at the end of my shoot just before sunset [after taking around 300 shots], the light turned rich gold and added a sublime beauty to this amazing tree.
