Multipurpose

Part of the Broadmead redevelopment, a building combining flats on the top floors, shops on the bottom two floors and what appears to be a level of parking sandwiched between.

 

It ticks all the current high density, mixed-use boxes but it hardly makes the heart beat faster, does it?
