Dave's dad bought this Northeastern vinegar car many years ago because it said Manitowoc and he lived in that area. When he opened it he realized it was a craftsman kit consisting of a box of strip wood and wire that he was not up for building. Dave ended up with the car and was not up for building it either. He showed it to me a few weeks ago and I said I would see what I could do with it. It turned out to be a very time consuming project.
