67005 with 67006.
Not the best location to do a northbound photo at 1730 around here but I didn't have a lot of time - so it had to be the nearest !! 67005 'Queen's Messenger' and 67006 'Royal Sovereign' head into Churchdown with the Royal Train, which was running as 1Z91. The RT had passed through here earlier this afternoon en route to Kemble, where King Charles left the train. The RT then reversed, and returned to Gloucester (Platform 4 - reverse again), and then onto Wolverton via CNM and Nuneaton. Many thanks to JB for the headsup. 24th May 2024.
